400m novice-friendly swim in Harlech Pool

21k out and back cycle with a turnaround in the centre of Harlech
6k run over one the UK's most spectacular routes. The run includes the dunes and beautiful sands of Harlech Beach and culminates in Storming the 200 Steps to finish inside Harlech Castle.

Harlech 3k Fun Run

Triathlon competitors also receive a free entry to the 3k Fun Run, starting at 1pm. You must wear your triathlon race number when participating. Enter your family and friends in the Fun Run and they can Storm the 200 Steps with you.

Free Access to Harlech Castle

The Custodians of the Castle offer all competitors and their supporters free access on the day of the event. To take advantage of this, please specify the number of wrist bands you would like when entering. 

Harlech Triathlon Club does not provide refunds for withdrawals but offer the following options if you have entered and are unable to race: 

1. You may transfer your entry to another competitor.  This can be completed using the online entry system up to 7 days before the race.
2. You may transfer your entry to the following year’s race.  This option is only available up to 14 days before the event.
