Welsh Sprint Duathlon Championships

Athletes who wish to enter the Welsh Championship event must join Welsh Triathlon a minimum of a week before the race date 
and present their Membership Card at registration. Day memberships and expired licenses are not acceptable. It is important 
to enter your full Welsh Triathlon membership number on the online entry forms including the 'W' prefix. If you join Welsh Triathlon 
after entering you will need to update your entry details. A list of eligible athletes for the National Championships will be displayed
at race registration.

Harlech 3k Fun Run

Duathlon competitors also receive a free entry to the 3k Fun Run starting at 1pm. You must wear your Duathlon race number when participating.  Enter your family and friends in the Fun Run and they can Storm the 200 Steps with you. 

Free Access to Harlech Castle

The Custodians of the Castle offer all competitors and their supporters free access on the day of the event. To take advantage of this, please specify the number of wrist bands you would like when entering. 

Harlech Triathlon Club does not provide refunds for withdrawals but offer the following options if you have entered and are unable to race: 

1. You may transfer your entry to another competitor.  This can be completed using the online entry system up to 7 days before the race.
2. You may transfer your entry to the following year’s race.  This option is only available up to 14 days before the event.
